Expert Help Needed for 12 DD and Conf trip

I have the opportunity to attend a professional conference in November at the Dolphin and would love to take my DD who will be a month shy of her 13th birthday as an early surprise birthday present. Any recommnedations/suggestions for things she can attend without me on the days I can't sneak away from the conference? I would NOT be comfortable letting her go to the parks on her own and because it will be during school will be unable to get a friend to accompany us. Any Suggestions of available programs your children have enjoyed?

Well, there's the in-room sitting services, and the different kids clubs, too. But when we went for a confrence at Coranado Springs when DD was 13, she went around in the hotel by herself, with a few dollars for food. She had the best time--it's still one of her favorite Disney trips ever!
