Experiencing an attraction more than once

When you go to Disney World, do you experience attractions more than one time? Or is once good enough? Or does it depend on the attraction? When you do repeat an attraction, is it on the same day, or on another day later in your trip?

For us, the vast majority of attractions are one-timers, at least for any single day. Exceptions would be most of the headliners, like TSM, Soarin, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, BTMR and EE. A few others we might hit a second time if we're in the park for a second day.

I'm interested in hearing what other folks do.

I used to do a lot of repeats before the new FP thing. Now...not really. Not much.

Only EE and only because my friend must ride it at least four times.

I repeat rides all the time...I can't imagine going to WDW and only going on HM or PoTC just once :scared:

I assume it would depend on how long you've got in Disney as to whether or not repeating a ride is feasible though. Say for example, if you only had one day in one park. I think it'd be difficult to do repeats if you wanted to see/do as much as possible in that one day, but if you just wanted to do your favourites, then you could repeat rides.

I've never done Disney in less than 7 days, and I've always gone with Park Hoppers, so time really hasn't been an issue for me, so I've been able to go on the same ride upto 3 times in one day before, (two were back-to-back). I only repeat the rides I enjoy most though

We do five full park days and I can't ever find a way to repeat a ride without cutting another "favourite!". Ha!

My last day at the Magic Kingdom it rained from about 3-7 without stop. Most of the rides were closed. The rain was so bad I didn't want to head across the park. So we did POTC and HM again and again. About five times each in a row. It was strangely quite fun but I regret not doing Splash or Thunder Mountain that day, though I did both on my first day. I would have done Space Mountain again but I assume it was swamped and the ride hurt my knees a decent amount anyway.

Oh no, we go on whatever rides we can over and over again!! That's why we love going during the slower season!:)

We stick to our favorites and ride them around 4 or 5 times (in MK and HS). Some more, some less, but for BTMRR, Splash, Winnie the Pooh, Buzz Lightyear, Star Tours, etc. those are rides we go on over and over again.

There are some we only ride once and there are some (TSM) we would ride many times, but can usually only manage twice because of crowds.

We normally go in the slower time of year and are able to ride may of the rides over and over.

Yes, but on our first trip it seems we only did it at MK. That was because that was the only park where my daughter accepted the offer to repeat something. Everything else it was “I’ll wait until the next time we come here” as we already knew we’d be back on another trip.

On our first trip we repeated the Carousel, the Philharmagic show and Small World.

On a trip just to MK last October though we did Buzz twice, Small World 3 times, Philharmagic 3 times, the People Mover twice, and the Carousel 3 times and that was all in one day. We’d spent the two days prior to that at Sea World and repeated several attractions there as well.

I should say though that with the makeup of my crew, we are limited to the attractions and rides with no height requirement. Those are plentiful, but it also means that a few of the major headliners are not on our list, which leaves us time to repeat some others.

We’ll see what happens on this upcoming trip to Disney next month. I tried not to schedule too much and part of it was to leave time to repeat our favorite attractions at each park. We actually have at least 2 days scheduled at each park except DHS, but we will have hopping privileges.

It depends. If we are only doing a one day or a weekend trip then we most likely won't repeat attractions unless the kids really beg us. If we're there for a few days in a row then we'll repeat attractions.

We usually repeat our faves as much as possible. Last trip I hit a new personal record of riding HM 10 times in one visit!!

Last time I went when my son was 3, he just wanted to go back and forth from Teacups to race cars. This time I hope he'll be more willing to take on other rides!

We almost always go in June and July. We always manage to repeat almost everything. We average between 5 and 10 days each time we go. We usually don't do Morning EMH but do do the Evening EMH. Between that and spending all day in the park without going back to room for a break, we can easily ride everything twice if not more.
Our last visit in July 2010, DH's first time ever to WDW, we had no problems. We did all the headliners atleast 2 times. Well, him and my nephew did. I waited at the exit since I was pregnant. :rolleyes2
Some attractions we will only do once. But for the most part we do it all more than once. We like going to Monster Inc Laughing Floor multiple times. Each show is different in the sense of the audience participation so it's very interesting yet very entertaining.

Like most other posters, some rides/attractions/shows we do multiple times; others, no.

Multiples - Tower of Terror, Laugh Floor, Star Tours, Safari, Festival of the Lion King.
