Experiences with Rii Stroman - Timeshare

We have received a flyer from Rii Stroman, Timeshare Brokerage.
Has anyone had any experience with them?

(By the way, I e-mailed Timeshare Store several times - and did NOT receive a reply either by phone or mail.)

I think they charge a listing fee. That is a no-no. I have heard they are okay to buy from, but do not sell thru them.

Resalers located in Florida are not allowed to charge a listing fee.

They can be good to buy from, I've bought 2 and had two others fall through but not their fault. I also think they have a listing fee which I would avoid.
