We are staying 4 nights at Spring Hill Suites in the Marriott Village. Anyone else have experiences here?

I've stayed there and at the Farifield in the same complex. Its fine if you have a car to get to the parks and shops. Free continential breakfast is a plus.

What kind of price did you get? I've noticed that these resorts change prices frequently, so you should keep checking for a better price before you go.

We stayed at the Courtyard in the same complex. It was in 2001 and the whole thing was pretty much brand new. The location is good. Right at the intersection of 535 and Downtown Disney. Close to the Crossroads with several restaurants...a grocery store just down the street.

Overall, I wouldn;t pay a fortune for the place, but have seen some good prices for the Springhill Suites...

I have stayed at all 3. For the money we liked the Fairfield Inn the best. I didn't like the small room at the Springhill. I think the Courtyard has the best pool.

Free breakfast was good at the Fairfield and Springhill.

We stayed there last year over Thanksgiving - nice enough, clean and a decent off site location. Of course, we were staying on DH's Marriott Reward Points, so it was easy to like staying for free!!

We spent a week at Springhill Suites this past May and enjoyed it very much. The breakfast was good, with enough variety every morning to keep us happy. Access to all 3 pools is also nice. It helps to have a rental car. The location is very convenient. The evening we were at Epcot and watched Illuminations it took us 8 minutes from the Epcot parking lot to the hotel parking lot.

Thanks for the replies. We also are using Marriott reward points, so it's a deal to us. One of you mentioned access to all three pools...how does that work?

Access to all three pools in simple in that you just walk to the other hotels. They are located around a central hub so it doesn't take but a couple of minutes to get to any of the pools.

My DD and I stayed there is 2003. Very nice for the two of us. I would go back again, I just like trying different hotels but Marriott is one of my favs.

A few questions about the Fairfield:

1) Can you walk to Downtown Disney?
2) How often does their shuttle go to WDW. Does it have a shuttle for each park or does it just take you to the transportation hub?
3) What was served for the free breakfast? Is it just pastries/coffee or hot food?

Thanks!

It would a little far for a walk to DTD plus that is a very busy road. They have cereal, bagels, fruit, etc. for breakfast. There is a restaurant at the Courtyard if you want a hot breakfast.

I never used the transportation so I can't tell you about that.
