Hi there - We cancelled our DVC Gold APs during Covid, received the refund, and then purchased “recovery” annual passes when the opportunity arose a few months ago. We called, provided the background info, waited for the callback, and then purchased them over the phone. I see them in my MDE, and the lady on the phone gave me a confirmation number that I jotted down, but I didn’t receive an email or any other verification. I seem to recall that the last time I activated annual passes, I had to bring some sort of conversion certificate to the ticket window. Did others receive any type of certificate, or does anyone have experiences activating these recovery APs? Thanks!
