Target has Finding Dory Bluray/DVD/Digitial Copy on Black Friday for $10, but only in store. I would love to get that price, but have no desire to fight the Black Friday crowd madness. So I thought I would buy it at Amazon for $19.99 today on my Citibank card, then submit the Target ad as a manual Price Rewind with Citibank to get $9.99 back. Everything seems good there as far as the current terms and conditions - no exclusion of DVDs like Discover now has, no minimum price and no exclusions of Black Friday items. But I'm reading that Citibank rejects just about every price rewind that is submitted, or the paperwork gets lost - that generally, it's just a pain.
Does anyone have any experience using Citibank's price rewind, especially manually submitted claims? Have you had success, or nothing but problems with it?
Also, Target has a pre-order for $22.99 with a $5 promo gift card. I'm guessing that would give Citibank a reason to deny the price rewind - anyone have experience with this sort of thing and the price rewind?
