expereinec of using Hertz from Orlando international?

Hello all,
I am thinking of renting a car from hertz at Orlando airport- purlyu because we are staying at Universal before going home and i can drop the car off here.

If you have used this service, how have you found the shuttle from the airport?

Was it efficent( travelling with 12 y/o and after a 9 hour flight........... )

any info would be great

Hertz at MCO is great. I have never had to wait for a bus outside the terminal. It is about a 5 min ride to the lot. You won't have any problems.

We have used Hertz many times and would agree that the shuttle is always there and clean but I have waited to go to Hertz and to leave Hertz and return to MCO. When we dropped off last time I would estimate it took at least 1/2 hour to drop the car at Hertz off site and then shuttle back to the airport.

There are a bunch of rentals AT the airport. I find it much easier to walk out fo the terminal and hop in a car vs. a shuttle. I don't remember what companies but plan to look them up before I rent for our Sept. trip.
