Even have one of those weekends, where you look back and think "What the heck did I spend so much money on?!?!?"

This was my past weekend.

Now, I bought my son a new pair of Crocs - green. :thumbsup2 I got a pair of jeans and 2 new bras.... the boys got a few clearance shirts...but other then THOSE things, I cant fathom where I blew $500.

All those little things - toilet paper, air freshner, laundry soap, rash cream, Motrin... they add up, and quick!

So ***POOF*** I had a $500 weekend, and all I got was 2 bras, and some jeans. You know what I could have done in Disney with that cash? :scratchin

I'm sure that there are some guys here that would like for you to show your bras. :rotfl: And I know that luvmydogs would like for you to show your jeans because I know for a fact that they are NOT mom jeans! Where did you buy them? :teeth:

Yikes on spending the $500 that you can't account for. That must have been one fun happy hour! :rotfl:

Well, I cant account for it - just cant beleive all those little piddly things added up to THAT much.... :confused3 And I feel I should have something HUGE to show for that much.... like a dining room set or something. :teeth:

My jeans? Kohls - theyre Levi's low boot-cuts: http://www.levisstore.com/product/i...59.2075212.2075220&view=all&parentPage=family

My bras? Theyre cross-your-heart "Gramma" bras.... with 12 hooks in the back. Think they still wanna see them? :lmao:

We just did that this past weekend, too.
We bought a few little things for my mom while she's in the hospital (like $40), our DD #1's flowergirl dress ($90), and we went to lunch ($40).
I think I also bought DD's something at marshall's for their easter basket but it was like $15....I'm going to have to go find the receipts to figure out where the other $200 went... :confused3

Next weekend I'm supposed to be going to some sort of craft party....yeah, I'm sure I'll remember where I spent $100 after leaving there :rotfl:

Nice jeans!

I buy grandma bras, too. I had fun one day when I was in Kohl's looking at bras with my DD. I'd never seen the push up things, all the different colors, the barely there, etc, etc.... No wonder my DD doesn't like to go shopping with me. :rotfl2: Then I saw someone I know and we were comparing notes about all the bras and undies. It was pretty funny. Only I can have fun in that department when I'm not even buying myself anything. What's the use of living if I'm not going to have fun? :rotfl:

I hear ya!! I hate spending money on all that necessary stuff like t.p., dish soap, shampoo, etc. It does add up way to fast with nothing fun to show for it at all!!!

Oh, and as for the guys still wanting to see your bra..... ha, silly girl. Of course they would! "Gramma" bra and all. It's still a girl in a bra! :rotfl2:

We did that too! I don't think we spent quite as much but I remember leaving Target and DH saying what did we get for $100???!!?!?

I did get new bras too! One of them on clearance at Target for only $2.50!!

we had an expensive weekend also. It started with $80 at the mall for new sweatdhirt & tees for 11 DD. I spent $325.00 at Kohl's Saturday. I bought a whole bunch of clearance items, a small rug & picture.
Then after eating out for $90, I spent $140 at Sears for curtains.

Checked our Amex bill and almost fainted...but we DID buy a $600 camcorder...the other $600 was little stuff...that adds up so fast...$50 for meds here, $60 at Walmart there...

I had expensive weekend too , i Went to sephora and spent 75.00 on three eye shadows and a makeup brush  . I have to stay away from that store for awhile. And i got ds three pairs of jeans 130.00 and shirts 50.00 and out to lunch with dh and out to dinner with dd at cheesecake factory and then out to breakfast the next morning with all the kids and dh. around 400.00 all weekend. I need to save my money for disney!!

But the twins are happy to be getting new digs.

The TWINS - *now* I get it! (it's Monday - cut me some slack!)

I do believe they are happy - my mother constantly said to me "You need to get a bigger bra size, youre not a C" FOR YEARS... And I insisted, she was wrong.... as I adjusted them to fit in there....

This is my first bra purchase since her death and I do believe she would be rather proud... I finally caved. I got a 36 D !!!

The thought of have D *twins* was too much for me to handle.... but the size of my *twins* was too much for my C-Bra's to handle.... :crazy2:

Hopefully next weekend will be better or I'll go broke by the end of March!

I forgot- my 2 DD had haircuts which was cheap -$30.00. But then we had to go to CVS and buy some hair products and a $17.00 brush wich totaled $50.00

boy it sure is nice to hear that i am not alone with that whole "where did all that money go" feeling!!!
oh and i gave in too, and put my girls (as i call them) into size d apartments, lol.
