Expedition Everset to officially open in April?

In this morning's Disney Insider, they said that EE should be up and running in April! Looks like all of you who guessed that it would probably coinside with Earth Day were right on! Can't wait!!

Yeah , but what about a soft opening. Some rides have had soft openings months before an official opening date. I spoke to a cm yesterday who said it maybe by New Years. I hope so!!!!

As a Annual Passholder, we have always received early notification of when the soft openings begin. I'm sure once those begin mailing out, we'll all hear about it here on the DIS! Until then, soft opening dates are anyone's guess.

At this point the soft openings could still be anyone's guess. If in fact EE does open in April- I would think they'd begin happening by early next year.

Does anyone remember how much advance they give for the ap/dvc preview weekends? I am going to be there and I am hoping it is enough notice for decent airfare.

Its listed officially as "Coming Early 2006."

It looks like its coming along nicelly but thats the outside who knows whats going on inside. There have been trains going so the track has got to be finished. The weather however may be setting things back. I would guess only a matter of weeks though.

all of the parks here use late april as a target for soft openings, with the official opening in may in general. nothing new.
