Here is a video I took on recent trip to Animal Kingdom. Everest is awesome. Single rider line is the best. I rode 3 times in 20 minute.

We were there last month, and the single rider line was not open early on, and then when it did, not too many people knew about it. I rode it repeatedly 7 times, and then the sign said they had closed the single rider line

And I read somewhere that it is the most expensive roller coaster ever built. I like that it's not just a hunk of metal for pure adrenaline. It's a very well themed coaster that even young kids can enjoy. One of my favorite WDW rides for sure.

My very favorite ride!!! My record is 12 times in a row, early a.m. EMH until about 9:30 a.m. Love it!!

We love Everest! Unfortunately the last two times at AK, the single rider line wasn't open

I love this ride too, but I can't do it more than once at a time. I did single rider quickly after going on with my FP last time and immediately knew it was a mistake. I was sick for about an hour after that. Lesson learned! Only once for me!

My family and I rode this during our first ever Disney trip in early May and we loved it. My DD5 wanted to ride it so bad and I was a little nervous how she would handle it but it ended up being her favorite ride. We lucked out on our AK day because it was rainy all day so park attendance was low. We ended up riding it 3 times in a row with very little wait. I'll have to show her your video.
