hey!~! i was just wondering what Expedition everest (EE) was like! it looks cool and i heard that you go backwards?!?! so if anyone has riden it could you please tell me what it is like!~! i wanna know sooooo bad!

Yep, I rode it twice this past week. It's great!!! Best ride at Disney!

You do go backwards for a while. It's nothing extreme though.

There is one pretty big drop, but it is so fast that you don't think about it too long.

Absolutely loved it! 5 stars!

Yeah, it's open but not officially. It's not even on the AK map yet. It just says future site of expedition everest. It's fully functional though, fast passes and everything.

It's so cool! You start off going easy, and then you speed up. Then, you reach the part where the track broke off, and go backwards. But you switch tracks and go a different way. Then you stop and see the yeti's shadow, and switch tracks again. It takes you all over the place--up and down hills--it's really fun. As you're coming in, you get to see the Yeti for the first time! Finally the ride ends, and you beg your mom to go on again.

On EE when you go backwards in the dark, are you going straight down? or are you curving or something!!??

When you go backwards, you go up really steeply. I know because I went on it 3 times.

Go to www.rollercoasterpro.com and there are clips of the ride, the Yeti "looks" fine, maybe a little loud, but nothing bad.
