How long has the average wait been for this ride on the weekends? My family is going this weekend, and this is something we do not want to miss.

I waited in all three lines this past week..fast pass.single rider..and stand by. Never waited for more than 20 minutes in either line. If you get a chance..do the stand by line, as there are some really great artifacts to look at that pulls the story of the Yeti together! Enjoy!

On Tuesday afternoon, the standby wait was 60 minutes.

The wait seems to be shorter than what is projected. My wait time was 50 minutes..and I only stood in line for maybe 15

On March 6 we waited 15 minutes. The line moves really fast. It's a great ride :thumbsup2

I saw 70 minutes on the wait time sign when we arrived at EE. Luckily, we had a fast pass. Since it's a soft opening there may be delays. We waited about 40 minutes when the ride was down, but it was well worth it. Once we started moving we went right through the fast pass line and were on the ride in about five minutes. Definetly use a fast pass!!!

Uhhh how did I miss the single rider line??? Anyhoo we were there last Tuesday and I did the standby line (while hubby waited with child swap pass) and only waited 20 mins.

I wonder how wait the will end up being when we go in May. lol Of course if it is TOOOO bad we could use FP.

To the OP, LOVE your user name. :thumbsup2

The single riders line is not clearly marked. It is initially the same line as Fast Pass. When you get to EE, go up to the attendant taking the FastPassess and tell him/her you would like to go in the single riders line. He/she will give you a ticket that reads 'Single Rider'. You will walk through the Fast Pass line, and then you will see a sign w/ an attendant standing by it that says 'Single Rider'. Give you pass to them and then you will join the Single Riders line. It really goes by quite fast, and a great way to ride if you do not want to wait for an hour, or are by yourself.

I would assume the time of day would be critical.

Thank you!!

I apologize in advance for asking a question that is no doubt covered here somewhere. I haven't been following this forum and only have a couple of minutes before I have to go load the van for our morning departure to Florida. Our son is singing at the Magic Kingdom on Saturday and we'll only be in the parks one day, but I would love to take my other son to this ride. Has there been any pattern on when it has been open (early, midday, late, etc)?

Thanks for your patience,

Sheila

WE went at 1:30 in the afternoon on 2/24, and FP's were gone. We hit the standby line (posted 60 minutes). I asked how accurate the time was, and he said it was more like 45 minutes. Time to get on was actually 37 minutes.

I don't know if they have gotten better with this, or not. I think that's part of the pre-opening - fine tunning things like how many FP's get in before standby, how many FP's to issue, etc.
