Expedition Everest CHALLENGE!!

Hey guys!! I just signed up for the Expedition Everest Challenge! I know it's a 5K run, an obstacle course and a scavenger hunt but anyone actually know what I signed up for??

Way to go!! Check out the Events/Competition board found within the WISH board-- http://www.disboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=109 I am sure you will find others there that are doing it also.
