Okay guys, I know I'm a bad influence, but we bumped our trip up again. We are now leaving......TOMORROW @ 10:30am. We are staying at the Poly and transferring to the AKL.
The kids want to go to AK so I'll scope out the place and post anything special I see. See you all at the race, and I'll be the red head in and orange tank with a brown running skirt.

We are taking our kids to the kids club at AKL while we are running. It's close so that is where ours will be.

Yep, I can't wait!!!

I just got home from a great run. I think knowing that this time next week I'll be celebrating in Animal Kingdom really helped.

Only 4 days until I leave for WDW!!!

I will be in Disney on Thursday. This time I will make sure I speak to Wishers. I have been so shy the past couple of races( '07 1/2 marathon, '07 ToT Race, and '08 1/2 marathon).

Please don't be shy....we're nice, really we are! The easiest thing to do is get yourself a WISH shirt and then others will come up and introduce themselves to you. I realize it's kinda late for this event, but for future reference.......

Disney sports have made it Virtually Impossible for me to compete in any race, but if we can make it we will be at the start line to cheer you all on.

We are arriving on Thursday as well though hanging out at the resort, shopping at DTD and dinner with a local friend. We are planning on being at the 10 am Fri. open for the packet pick up and (as it stands still) the 1st course review on Friday as well.

I might have to bring my bag to hang on my back even though it needs sewing since I am only wearing my WISH shirt in the race.

Too excited to stand it!!!!!

Not sure what your issue is with Disney Sports, but if the reason you think you can't make it is due to timing to get to packet pick-up, FYI I emailed them when I was originally not able to arrive until Sat afternoon and I was advised that I wld be able to sign in and pick up registration starting at 6pm before the event.

Hopefully you can work something out.

I will be at 10am course review on Saturday. I am not sure if I will do the packet pick up at 10am Friday before going to Epcot or after leaving Epcot.

I will be on the lookout for you if I come on Friday at 10am.

WEAR THE SHIRT! Not only will other WISHers be able to spot you, but you'll get lots and lots of encouragement from the WISH scream team spectators. This is especially true for the January events.......where any extra support is greatly appreciated. Trust me, the shirt has magical powers!
