Expedia tickets work in disney?

Hi we are going to Disney in May and been searching for theme park tickets, Expedia has buy 2 days get a third free, I'm wondering if I buy them will they work and since fastpass opened for Elsa and Anna for non annual passes or folks staying in the park, I'm wondering if I can use them or do they have to purchased from disney store to get the fastpass?

I bought mine off of orbitz and they are all linked in my MDE. We're able to make our FP+ in 9 days, and I don't foresee any problems!
