I'm planning a trip to Disney the first 2 weeks of December. On www.expedia.ca, the price of the 5-day park hopper pass is Cdn. $275.53 for adults and Cdn. $229.21 for kids. This sounds too good to be true. Has anyone ever purchased passes through www.expedia.ca? This is even cheaper than CAA. I know expedia.ca is a reputable company but I just need some advice.

Also, does anyone know what the opening hours will be in December for the 4 Disney theme parks and Universal Studios? I cannot seem to get this information anywhere. I don't know if we should stay in the resort area to take advantage of the extra magical hours for resort residents. I was not planning to stay in the resort area as the value resorts are too congested and the others are too expensive. Any thoughts? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi and welcome the the Dis.

The price quoted on Expedia is about the same price as Ticketmania- which is a good price.

If you want the hours for all the parks go to Disney.com. I personally wouldn't stay onsite just to take advantage of Extra hours. We are also going in the first 2 weeks of December and I really don't think it will be all that bad crowd wise. As for Universal I do believe I read that if you go on a weekday in December it is quiet.
