Expected response time from TA

For those who use travel agents, after an email when do you expect a response? I've never used a TA but had to in order to get a half marathon bib. I kind of feel like I'm bothering them but it may be in my head... I prefer being able to make my own changes...

I think 24 hours is reasonable.

Depending on the time you emailed them, I'd expect it within a few hours if they really want your business.

Our travel agent is excellent at replying back to us within the same day, even when she was on vacation and I told her no rush The only time I need her to do anything is only if I want to actually change the reservation days or resort. Everything else I take care of, payments, ADRs, FPs etc.

Several factors: what time of day did you send the email, was is during the week or the weekend, do you know your TA's actual email or are you using a generic agency email address.

Just a lot of factors come in to play but most are able to respond with in 24 hrs during a weekday as indicated above.

I believe it's the direct work email, has her name. Emailed Thurs night. Hopefully I'll hear back on Monday. I guess I could just buy the extra ticket we need and link it or call on Monday if I don't hear back. Our FP window opens on Friday and I want to make sure we all get same fp...

If you are getting a great ticket discount then, wait. If not, and i bet it's "not", then just buy the ticket.
