Exotic Rasul treatment?

So I've checked in (at the 75 day mark today, checked in last night at 9:01PST, woohoo!!) and now I'm looking at spa treatments. Probably won't do one but just wondering - what exactly is the Exotic Rasul? By the description it sounds like someone rubs mud on you and then you shower with expensive products?? Obviously my description is very rudimentary lol

Anyone done this treatment - could you tell me more about it? Can you do this with your spouse or is this a solo activity? I tried to talk my husband into a couples massage but he said no (he finally agreed to one last year at our resort in Riviera Maya and he didn't enjoy it that much, mostly because he didn't the person the pressure was too much!)

The person who rubs muds, scrubs and lotions on you is you or your partner. The exotic rasul can be done as a couple. A search of the posts on this board will give you some peoples of descriptions of their experiences. Some people use this simply is the spa experience, others have a more, shall we say, "special time".

This would be for the two of you together alone. It is self service. It's a great price because that price is for the two of you together not seperately. There are two private rooms they give you. The first one has a bench and shower and they put your body products in that room also. The connecting room is an awesome steam room with showers that produce steam all over the room.

You book in one persons name but you both go. That is the price for both of you together. There's always been a lot of confusion with that.

We did this in January on the Wonder and had a great time. I have read that you can still do it on the Magic so looking forward to booking it for our Oct cruise too. I wish the newer ships had this as well.

So disappointed this is not offered on the Fantasy. Did this with my husband and it was perfect for us because neither of us would ever get a massage. Enjoy!
