Exit 130 in Virgina

Does anyone know of a good rest/food stop in Fredericksburg, Virginia (Off of Exit 130) that would be open 24 hours?

This page on the DIS shows what is available at various stops along I-95.

As for 24 hour places, looks like there's a Waffle House at that exit.

Oh, wait .. you said good food.

I believe Denny's is open 24 hours. I'm not sure about Aunt Sarah's or Bob Evans. Pretty sure Bob Evans isn't but not 100% positive.

It's not listed, but I believe there's an IHOP at exit 126.

It's not 24 hours.... but there is an Outback Steakhouse on exit 130B...
