Existing DVcmember account asking for 1 time activation code

Is anyone else having difficulties accessing their existing DVCmember account. Mine is looking for a 1 time activation code, which i gave it years ago.

Is anyone else having difficulties? If not I will call but would like to avoid the international call.
 
I have had the problem twice last month. The only fix was to call.

It can also be a problem if you are logged into mydisney experience and the log in isn't the same. for example I log into dvcmember with just Name. but log into MDE with Name@email.com. I get that everytime unless I'm logged out.
