EXIF editor exists?

I'm looking for an EXIF editor. The reason being is when I give my digital negatives to my clients I don't want them to peek at my settings. I'd like to blank every single area, or better yet change all the fields to "LANDAK PHOTOGRAPHY".

So the questions are:

1. is this kind of EXIF editor exists?
2. Would it do "batch process" so I don't have to enter thousands of fields one by one.

Have you looked at RoboPhoto?
or Exifer

Even if they could mimic your settings, could they equal the composition eye or the technique???
