2 mile fairly good pace walk w/ dog
1000 steps on the stairstepper
10 minutes at 20mph on the stationary bike
15 minutes on a slight incline on treadmill at the fatburning speed
and 15 minute arm and chest routine on the total gym
this is day 3 of my new routine a little sore but not as bad as I'd thought I'd be
didnt get out there this morn because of my doc apt
but after work i walked outside 1/2hr twice
didnt wear pedometer until i got home - made it to 10,600 steps
I did the 2 mile WATP video and, the Firm Up Fast video. Total time about 55 minutes. I'm taking tomorrow off due to DD's kindergarten program at school, I'm sure it'll be worth it!
I had a wonderful walk (about 30 min) with DH last night. The weather was beautiful! I forgot to post when I got in. Glad to see we can do retro-active posts!
