This morning I swam for 51 minutes.

Who's next ?????????
 
Curves for now.
I hope to add a 30-minute walk later if the rain lets up.:umbrella:
 
I reduced my arms to jello again :rotfl2:

I'll be back for cardio after work.
 

65 min on treadmill for me this morning and planning a weight workout this afternoon :cool1:

30 minutes on the exercise ball with Core Secrets!!

hope to get a mile walk in later!
 
12 min on cross trainer 23 min on recumbent bike
 
I did a firm workout this morning.

20 minutes biking - 5.5 miles
15 minutes weights
