Exercise thread for Wednesday, December 01

This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the cross trainer.

Who's next ?????
 
Me! I'm next! I walked three miles this morning with hubby!

Anyone else?...........
 
Count me in. I did an hours long firm workout this morning. WHat a way to start of December :cool1:
 
I did my usual lifting routine:

Incline bench press - 2 sets of 15 at 135 pounds
Incline fly - 2 sets of 15 at 90 pounds
Curls - 2 sets of 15 at 90 pounds
Tricep presses - 2 sets of 15 at 115 pounds
Standing butterfly - 2 sets of 15 at 90 pounds
Lat pulls - 2 sets of 15 at 90 pounds
Back Extensions - 2 sets of 15 at 90 pounds
50 crunches
10 reverse crunches
Side bends - 15 each side at 65 pounds
Torso Twists - 15 each side at 65 pounds.
 

I did Firm super body sculpt (upper body and abs) this morning. Who's next?
 
I was only able to get in 20 min. of a yoga video. I have a sick baby. Hopefully, I'll be able to go to the gym when DH gets home.
 
Maybe admitting that I did NOTHING on 12/1 will make me feel a little better!

Battling a cold, and had too much caffeine along with cold medicine, which left me feeling worse!!!! Hoping for a few miles today!

But, I DID get half my Christmas cards written last night!!!!

So, its 0/750.
 
I did 30 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes of pilates...
 
I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 39 minutes) and Curves after work.
 
I did two workouts, too!

2 hours at the gym in the morning and 50 minute run in the evening. I took a vacation day from work :)
