I did a firm sculpting video this morning :Pinkbounc

Ok me!

I did 45 minutes strength training at the gym, various stuff and I am feeling it!

Who's next?
 
This is my first installment. Today will be a two workout day.

40 minutes upperbody weights, abs and lunges. Don't know why I threw in the lunges on an upper body day!

30 minutes on the exercise bike and 15 minutes abs and leg toning.

An hour at the gym during lunch break - 15 minutes on the treadmill, 45 minutes strength training. I'm soooooooo out of shape! :faint:

ITS TOO COLD - single digits
 
Second installment:

60 minutes on the treadmill 5.66 miles
30 minutes elliptical

1 Mile WATP...and I bought my new training for the 1/2 marathon shoes!! Whoo hoo!!
 
I did two workouts today, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 41 minutes) and Curves after work. I really had to push myself to go to Curves, after a horrible commute home from work, but it was worth it when I was done. :Pinkbounc It always is!
