I'm just back as well..... mostly upper body weight work today....with these kids home from school on vacation, it really puts a cramp in my exercise plans!
I did the online Weight Watchers Workout this morning, and went bowling with the dwarfs this afternoon. Heading outside with the little ones again now!
Just yoga for me today. It's too late for me to get on the treadmill (it doesn't help with my imsomnia), but I promise to add 20 minutes of walking tomorrow.
I did the 2 mile WATP video and, I did my best at trying day 1 of week 1/6 of Denise Austin's 6 minute abs. I need a better mat for the floor....it was painful for my back.
Spent 45 minutes walking around the quaint little town where my kids go to school. (That was my "downtime" between the end of my class helper time & dismissal) People must have thought I was wierd when I went thru the church cemetary reading grave markers - some of which date back to the 1800s.
