day two of my walking/jogging plan completed! faster paced today -- felt a little burn in the quads :)

20 mins of PowerYoga with Denise to cap it all off

have a wonderful day everyone! kudos to all the exercisers!

Im back from taking (2) 1/2hr walks outside. Im up to 7200 steps and its only 10am! Still have to work 1230-8 today
 
I'm just back as well..... mostly upper body weight work today....with these kids home from school on vacation, it really puts a cramp in my exercise plans! :p
 
I did the FIRM Fat Blasting Cardio and the Ab portion of FIRM Hips, Thighs and Abs.
 

:wave: Another informal day of exercise for me, I walked around Venice for 6 hours today instead of hitting the gym.
 
I did the online Weight Watchers Workout this morning, and went bowling with the dwarfs this afternoon. Heading outside with the little ones again now!
 
I did the firm complete aerobics & weight training, then finished off with a firm ab workout..next...
 
Just yoga for me today. It's too late for me to get on the treadmill (it doesn't help with my imsomnia), but I promise to add 20 minutes of walking tomorrow.
 
I did 45 minute jog/walk on the treadmill and Firm Super Body Sculpt upper body and abs.

I did another 10.8 miles on the bike - but on level 4 today!! YEAH!

tiggerlover - wish I could be doing your exercise! I loved Venice, and can't wait to get back!

Way to go everyone!!!
 
I did the 2 mile WATP video and, I did my best at trying day 1 of week 1/6 of Denise Austin's 6 minute abs. I need a better mat for the floor....it was painful for my back. :(

Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning (3.2 miles in 37 minutes) and Curves after work. :D
 
I got my half of an hour walk in at lunch time and then in the evening I did a 45 minute Denise Austin toning and firming video.
 
Spent 45 minutes walking around the quaint little town where my kids go to school. (That was my "downtime" between the end of my class helper time & dismissal) People must have thought I was wierd when I went thru the church cemetary reading grave markers - some of which date back to the 1800s.
 
Went walking!

Walked about an hour and carried my DS in a front pack - he is around 20 lbs, so that added a little weight to my walk.

Hopefully I will get a walk or bike in on Thurs. (Maybe even both ;) )
