This morning I did 45 minutes of spinning.

Who's next ????????????????????????????
 
Good morning

20 minutes walking and 25 minutes of yoga

Next?????
 
25 min cardio, 1 hour strength training with my trainer.

Next....
 
I ran 3.3 miles on the treadmill and then did 20 minutes on the stationary bike. Still need to take my dog for a run on the trail.
 

40 minutes pilates for me again. Next?
 
30 min eltipcal 1 hou weights arm legs 70 crunches ** first day back lifting weights***
