This morning I did 45 minutes of spinning.

Who's next ?????????????????????????????
 
Wow, that's brilliant! Do you do that in a class or at home? Is it fun?

I am starting out my exercise programme and had hoped to do 10 minutes on my exercise bicycle (which hasn't seen a lot of action in a while) and managed 14 minutes so i'm very happy :) And I got off a bus stop early from work..baby steps! :goodvibes
 
35 minutes on the treadmill running at 12km/h (8 minutes/mile),
1 hour iron pumping, push-ups, abs, and stretch.
 
Booknut, you are so right about the baby steps. I started out just trying to puff my way thru 10 minutes of exercise. Today I did 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer and another 20 minutes of Pilates. You'll get there eventually, just keep adding "a little more" each time. Who's next?
 

I did the 3 mile WATP this morning.

Next?????
 
I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and then 10 minutes on my arms.

I hope to get in a yoga routine tonight like I did last night.
