I am starting out my exercise programme and had hoped to do 10 minutes on my exercise bicycle (which hasn't seen a lot of action in a while) and managed 14 minutes so i'm very happy And I got off a bus stop early from work..baby steps!
Booknut, you are so right about the baby steps. I started out just trying to puff my way thru 10 minutes of exercise. Today I did 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer and another 20 minutes of Pilates. You'll get there eventually, just keep adding "a little more" each time. Who's next?
