Good morning everyone! I did my full weight training already this morning at the gym! I'm also planning on going tonight after work and doing the Elliptical for 35 minutes.
I didn't see this thread somehow, so I started a new one - sorry! I walked two miles! Would love to start weight training
Does anyone have an opinion about wearing ankle wights while walking?
AprilN you are inspiring! That much exercising is so teriffic! I wish I liked to run - walking is about it for me! Hopefully, I will lose 15 - 20lbs by April 1.
I walked my first 10 minutes on the "new" treadmill I got from a Freecycler. Only ten minutes because I didn't have my shoes on, silly me . It was a practice walk to get a feel for the apparatus.
I need to replace the batteries in the timer so I can track the miles, but tomorrow I want to walk for at least 20 minutes, shoes on .
