:wave: Good morning all! I guess I am the first to start this morning. I did 5-3/4 miles on the elliptical this morning.

Next?
 
Good morning everyone! I did my full weight training already this morning at the gym! I'm also planning on going tonight after work and doing the Elliptical for 35 minutes.
 
I didn't see this thread somehow, so I started a new one - sorry! I walked two miles! Would love to start weight training
Does anyone have an opinion about wearing ankle wights while walking?
 

AprilN you are inspiring! That much exercising is so teriffic! I wish I liked to run - walking is about it for me! Hopefully, I will lose 15 - 20lbs by April 1.
 
Just 100 crunches (not all at one time!) & a quick 1 Mile WATP for me..

I walked 1 mile on the TM tonight.
 
Jogged 1/2 mile and walked 2 miles this afternoon around the track at the gym!
 
I walked my first 10 minutes on the "new" treadmill I got from a Freecycler. Only ten minutes because I didn't have my shoes on, silly me :rolleyes:. It was a practice walk to get a feel for the apparatus.

I need to replace the batteries in the timer so I can track the miles, but tomorrow I want to walk for at least 20 minutes, shoes on ;).
 
I only did 30 minutes on the treadmill, but that is better than nothing
