Exercise thread for Tuesday Aug. 31

Who moved their body in a healthy way today? :hyper:

I went jogging this morning, 4.1 miles in 40 minutes.

Neeeeeext? :p
 
Ok, you've made me tired, just thinking about it! :faint: I can't contribute to the exercise goal, but I wanted to congratulate you for getting out there and getting active! :cheer2: I'm hoping to have the time to work out really soon! I'll keep reading these threads and will be inspired by you guys... :cool1:
 
:wave: I have been trying to kick-start myself to get back in the groove and almost blew off a chance to move today, but I am happy to say I didn't. DS and I went for a long walk around our neighborhood and now we are off to the beach.
 
I did a yoga dvd this morning. Yoga is something fairly new for me and I am enjoying it much more than I thought I would.
 

More exercise for me! DS and I walked the beach and frolicked in the ocean and tonight I am sore all over! So I think I got my fill of exercise today.
 
I did 30 minutes of Cathe's Interval Max and then did the Upper Body Split workout.
 
I did 45 minutes swimming, 60 minutes spinning and 30 minutes upper body work.
 
Yesterday I did 30 minutes on the bike and only 5 on the elliptical (:o ) After that I did a 15 minute pilates mat workout.
 
upper body weights and 6 miles in 81 minutes on the treadmill.
 
Sorry I'm late in posting for Tues, but by the time we got home yesterday evening the lightning storms had started & I never did get on line. I spent 120 min walking on Tues 8/31! :bounce:
