This morning I swam for 45 minutes.

Who's next ???????
 
I got back into the swing of exercising today by doing the 1 mile WATP and arm weights. :sunny:
 
A taebo workout for me this morning!
 

35 minutes of upperbody and abs so far....

next??????????????
 
I did 55 min on the TM - 4 miles.
 
I did Firm Super Cardio Sculpt with Nancy Tucker this morning. Next! :cool1:
 
Yea for us today!
40 min on the elliptical-20 min weight machines
 
One hour workout DVD with cardio and work with hand weights.

Next?
 
Adding:

22 minutes StairMaster
33 minutes recumbent bike
23 minutes elliptical

for a total of 111 minutes including lunchtime strength training!
 
115 minutes on the treadmill tonight. Got to watching Survivor and The Apprentice and just kept walking.

Last night, I did 1 mile on the treadmill in 17:10! Also did 4 miles on the recumbent bike in 22 minutes and a mile on the cross trainer in 18 minutes (relaxed pace)
