Exercise Thread for Thursday, July 29

It's been a while since I've had the privilege of starting our exercise thread!

Here we go: This morning I did Firm cardio sculpt blaster. Who's next?

I walked for an hour and did 30 minutes with weights and the exercise ball.

I went jogging this morning, 3.6 miles in 35 minutes. Looks like it's time to add more distance next week, to get back up to a 40-minute workout!

I did my normal run this morning. I usually dont run on Thursdays (I dont run on Thursdays, Saturdays or Sundays) , but my Thursday morning Bible study group which usually prevents me from running did not meet today, I I pushed myself to pound the pavement. About half way through, it started to rain, but I stuck with it for the full 70 minutes.

well I finally accomplished my workout -- DA Shrink your Female Fat Zones and now i'm cleaning! I hope to stick to my goal of either walking a couple miles or riding my bike 40 mins tonight!

Did my 30 minute L.S. tape today with a lot of added "lower body" work on my own...extra stretching too...

Bowled 3 games this morning. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to do it with my sore toe, but I managed with the right pair of shoes so it wouldn't hurt too much. I didn't bowl very well though.
This afternoon we walked to the pool & I swam 1/4 mile lap swim & 30 min free swim.
