This morning I swam for 45 minutes.

Who's next ???????????????????????
 
just checking the board here to clear the cobwebs outta my head, then heading downstairs to do my Denise Austin Shrink the Female Fat Zone DVD......................
 
I'm late today.

I did 35 minutes of walking (2 miles) and 30 minutes of yoga.
 

Despite a horrible night's sleep, I got out this morning for a run, 4.25 miles in 36:30.
 
I did 60 minutes of lower body weights and abs. Reduced my legs to jello I did :earboy2:
 
I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes of walking!
 
count me in for a cathe workout!!!

60 minutes of a cardio full body workout with 2lb weights, my step & exercise ball.
 
I added a 3.5 mile run on the TM after work. Too muggy for the bike path!
 
I was tired from running around all day and dd was cranky so I only managed 20 min. on the treadmill tonight. But I figure that's better than nothing so I'm not complaining! ;)

Anyone else?
 
I swam 0.5miles in 30 minutes today. Off until Monday, and then will swim again (Mon- Thursday).
