This morning I ran for 60 minutes and swam for 35 minutes.

DH and I had a nice bike ride, 25.8 miles with an average speed of 13.3 mph. Quite the tough headwind on the way home, but at least it was a good workout.

I've been bad about keeping up with the daily exercise threads

I did a 4.2 mile wog with DD today.

Yesterday I did a 16 mile run in a total downpour. I'm so glad the sun finally came out today
