This morning I did 45 minutes of spinning, 30 minutes on the treadmill and swam for 15 minutes.

Who's next ???????????????????????
 
I just finished 2 miles run/brisk walk and 30 minutes strengthening and toning.
 
25 minute wog this morning. 25 minute weights tonight.
 
Taebo boot camp for me this afternoon!!
 

DH and I had a fantastic bike ride this morning, 24.2 miles with an average speed of 12.5 mph. We climbed a pretty major hill that had kicked our butts in the past - it was totally doable today! Awesome! :)
