Exercise Thread for Saturday, May 15

As you can see by the time, I'm up bright and early this morning because I tried my new FIRM work out (Super Cardio Sculpt). IT'S AWESOME!!! I watched it through last night and was very intimidated by the moves but I am proud to say that I completed the entire work out!!! Yea me!!!

So what did you do today to move your body?
 
I walked for 40 minutes....not my goal of 60, but at least I wasn't a total slacker today. ;)

Went to Curves, and still have my crunches to go.........
 
I did day 3 of the Slim in 6 program....still working on my 10,000 steps (6520 done so far).

have a great weekend!

1/2hr this morn
took DS to the farm
1/2hr after we took him for his birthday dinner

ended the day on 21,300 steps
 
Well, I started with the 1 mile WATP due to the continued soreness in my thighs and, felt ok going on to the 'BEAST THAT BIT ME' tape, LOL, and, I managed to do it for the most part altho not full-out. I really think it helped to get those sore muscles used to this activity, altho going DOWN the stairs is still tougher on my thighs than going UP! :rolleyes:

That 'Firm Up Fast' tape needs to be handled with care! :crazy:

I did some yoga, not my full routine though. Only about 15 minutes. But I felt good doing it.

Hard to exercise when visiting family! Or is it just me?
