Exercise Thread for Saturday (June 19)

Three days in a row for me starting the exercise thread! Cool!

This morning I was up bright and early for my FIRM super cardio sculpt work out with Nancy Tucker. I love this one! Okay, I love all my FIRM work outs.

Anyway, who's next?
 
walked dog 2 miles
treadmill slight incline lite jog 7 minutes
stairstepper 1200 steps
upper body routine on total gym
squat for thighs inner and outer total gym

boy do i look like a wimp :)

i rode my bike for about 35 mins this morning
 

Curves and crunches for me....

300 crunches first thing this morning, and Curves for the 6th day this week!!!

Yeah!!!
 
ummmmm my pedometer now says 34,871 steps !
I think I forgot to reset it from yesterday
but even so thats 34,000 btwn the 2 days - not too bad
did take 1/2hr walk before DS & I went to the farm
 
I did!! 45 minutes of Taebo and then the Firm Total Sculp plus abs
 
DH & I walked to the pool about 1/4 mile each way. Swam 1/4 mile lap swimming, then paddled around the deep end for about 1 hr. I looked like a prune when I got out I was so wrinkled! :earseek:
 
I had a good day, I did 2 of my WATP videos in the afternoon, the muscle mile 1 and then the 2 mile express. In the evening I did the muscle mile one again and increased my weights to 3 pounds.
