Exercise Thread for Saturday, August 21

It's the weekend, which means I get to start the thread again.

Today I did 30 minutes swimming, 40 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes of upper body work.

Who's next?
 
I did 7 minutes on the stationary bike and then 14 on the elliptical, plus some weight training. Feels good to get it out of the way early since I usually wait til the end of the day! :D

Next?
 
I did the firm CAWT tape this morning
 

I have been much better about exercising consistently ever since reading Body For Life. Today I did my upper body workout. I did the chest and back exercises from BFL, and Program 2 of I Want That Body DVD arms routine. I used 8 pound weights throughout for the first time (instead of 5 pounds), so I'm expecting to feel some soreness tomorrow.
 
I did the Cathe Pyramid Upper Body workout....Whew. I'll be feeling it tomorrow!
 
I walked outside, it was actually chilly! I walked 2 and 1/2 miles.
