This morning I ran for 55 minutes, swam for 40 minutes and did 20 minutes of upper body work.

Who's next ????????????????????????
 
I couldn't depart July and not hit the 1000 challenge so I did 15 minutes at home of:

5 minutes going up and down the basement stairs continually
5 minutes of ab crunches
5 minutes of leg lifts that we do at Jazzercise

Tomorrow is a rest day!!!!!
 
I worked out at Curves, and walked around quite a bit at the Gilroy Garlic Festival. :)
