Exercise Thread for Monday, September 11th

This morning I swam for 45 minutes.

Who's next ???????????????????????
 
i was in the gym for an hour this morning:

15 minutes bike
10 minutes cross trainer
10 minutes treadmill
20 minutes resistance training (chest fly, chest press, tricep and bicep curls/lifts, seated rows)

methinks i had the weight set to high on the chest fly - pulled my right tricep :(
 
I used the elliptical for 30 minutes and ran 1.5 miles with my dog on a nature trail.
 
I did a 30 minute run with dh this morning and then 30 minutes of tae-bo video and 30 minutes of Windsor Pilates with dd!!!

Total: 90 minutes today :)
 

45 minutes of aqua boot camp for me, finally minutes for the month, my gym has been closed for down week. I've got a lot of ground to make up.

I'm at 45/1000. I think I can still do it though.
 
Jogged for 35 minutes -- felt great :Pinkbounc
