Exercise Thread for Monday - July 19

Rise and shine Wishers!!! This morning I did Firm super cardio sculpt with Nancy Tucker. What did you do to get your body moving today? :sunny:
 
I just got off the treadmill. Did 5 min warmup, 20 min speed walking, and 5 min cool down. I didn't check the miles.

Anyone else?
 
Finally! It's been 3 days - one thing after another! Walked 3 miles this morning with DH.

Next?.................
 

Gave my weight training a break today so only did 40 minutes on treadmill.

Leg Lifts & Crunches this morning. Followed by Pilates on the Ball.

This evening I did 25 minutes on the treadmill.

After a really good exercise week last week, I've been very lazy the past 2 days. I did do a lot of heavy housework yesterday that was a pretty good workout, but today was a lazy day. I'm going to say here that as soon as I get off line, I'll do some crunches & stretching because once I say I'll do them I'll actually do it! :jumping4:
 
I had two workouts, jogging in the morning (3.6 miles in 35 minutes) and Curves after work. :cool:
