I did Denise Austin Power Yoga DVD: 20 minutes yoga + 20 minutes pilates (God I HATE pilates!). I bought a new yoga DVD today - getting sick of Denise and her crazy eyes...
Just did 1hr of step areobics, and 1 hr of walking 4miles. I bumped up the walking by jumping back and forth or side to side more. That really got me sweaty. I can't exercise w/ the kids next to me any more, I'll probably push them over!
