This morning I ran for 50 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????????
 
I did 30 minutes on the treadmill (1.45 mi)

I'm on a roll. 4 days in a row, either bike or treadmill.

Next????????
 

OOHHH Tell me more about the bellydancing !!!!!!! That's the part of me I need to dance off!

I did Denise Austin Power Yoga DVD: 20 minutes yoga + 20 minutes pilates (God I HATE pilates!). I bought a new yoga DVD today - getting sick of Denise and her crazy eyes...

But I digress!

Going to 1 hour Jazzercise tonight.
 
Just did 1hr of step areobics, and 1 hr of walking 4miles. I bumped up the walking by jumping back and forth or side to side more. That really got me sweaty. I can't exercise w/ the kids next to me any more, I'll probably push them over! :rotfl2:
 
Two workouts for me today, running in the morning (4.26 miles in 38:55) and Curves after work.
 
I did speed work on the TM at lunchtime (4.5 miles) and upperbody weights at the Y in the evening.
