I didn't see a thread started for today, so thought I'd go ahead and post. I walked on the TM for 30 minutes today. I have increased my incline (hoping to work those behind muscles, so I decreased my time today. I am sure that I will feel the difference tomorrow in my legs, if not before. I hope that this will shake up things a bit too. I feel like I needed to do more incline and that would help me burn more calories. I will then start increasing my time again.
