This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the cross trainer.

Who's next?????
 
22 minutes on the elliptical (working up to 30-40 minutes) and 20 minutes of weight training...next?
 
count me in for 2 firm workouts today!!!
 

I did upper body weights, abs and 55 minutes cardio.

Next ?????
 
I completed two workouts yesterday, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 39 minutes) and Curves after work. I also climbed up and down a ladder quite a few times putting up Christmas lights on our house. :)
