Okay WISHers, we need to assassinate some calories today. We have got to move our booties!!!

So what have you done to get just a little bit healthier today?

I did Firm BSS3 Hips, Thighs and Abs. Great work out!
 
I did WATP and I bought a new pilates tape and did 30 minutes of that too! ( At least I attempted it....lol!) Hopefully I will get better :)

Next.....
 

I went jogging this morning, 4.1 miles in 40 minutes. :cool:

Whooooo's next on this fabulous Friday? :p

I did Cathe Friedrich's Pyramid Upper Body and the cardio conditioning premix from Kick, Punch & Crunch!

Way to get moving everybody!:cool1:
 
Today I did fat blasting cardio. I'm thinking about adding hips thighs and abs later
 
Great going everyone!

I started out with 20 min of Winsor Pilates. During the day I have added some "chair exercises" and such. Don't know if I will walk yet tonight. It is Friday Date Night here so we are going out to eat and don't know what else. If nothing else, then I will walk some.

Anyone left?...

I did 50 minutes of the treadmill and 45 minutes swimming.
