Exercise Thread for Friday, May 14

Yeah!!! it is Friday!!! I just got back from my workout at Curves. It feels good to be up and about already. I just have a hard time getting my body to realize that when I am in bed:D .

How is everyone else doing on their exercise for the day? Keep up the great work and have a wonderful weekend.

I am so proud of you for getting up each day and going to Curves. Keep up the fantastic work!!

I did the FIRM Vol 4 Time Crunch workout. Although I still felt sluggish today and had a hard time keeping up. I still must have burned some decent calories though as I was sweating buckets at the end.

Who's next..............have a great weekend everyone and keep moving!!
 
I think it's a requirement to sweat buckets while FIRMing

It was drizzling here after a big storm so I postponed my jog/walk program until tomorrow. Instead I did the FIRM Complete Aerobick with Weights

got my 1/2hr walk this morn
planning on mowing the front yard when i get home from work and if there's enough time taking another walk

1/2 hour walk this morning, the very hilly way, and then turned back around when I got home and walked an extra block (not much, but I figure if I add an extra block a week, it will do something).

Will be lifting weights later today.
 
:wave: Today is an extra day for me as far as exercise for the week, I hit the gym and did 10 miles on the Life Cycle.

Finally getting back in the groove after being sick earlier this week...1 hour of walking before 7AM!

I did my 3 weight circuits and 30 minutes on the bike at the gym

I went to the gym again for the first time in a few week...it felt great. I did 30 min. running/walking on the tredmill and then I stretched. I hope everyone remebers how importatnt it is to stretch after you workout. I was told at Curves that if you don't stretch afterwards you loose 20% of your workout. Have a nice Friday!:cool:

I ran 3 miles, biked 4 miles, did my upper body workout with weights, did yoga, qigong, and stretching.

I took my DS on a walk, which grew and grew. I hope to drive the route we took so I know how far we went. Pushing that jogging stroller up hills works a whole different set of muscles.
Then we went to a toddler swim class. Now he is napping and I am sitting on the couch with my feet up and the laptop on my lap.
I am wiped out.

I spent more time moving funtiure and spring cleaning this week than working out. I feel like I made up for it all today. But I was good this week in watching what I ate. We will see what the scale say this weekend.

50 minutes of the Firm maximum cardio burn
 
This morning it was FIRM BSS1 body sculpt (upper body) for me. I've got two new FIRM videos (borrowed from a friend) I want to try this weekend. Isn't exercising just great?!!::yes::

that was tough!!!!!!!

I did 1hr and 15 min on the treadmill - total 20138 steps!
