I went jogging this morning. It was really hard to get going, as I went to bed quite late, but I pushed myself - and set a new personal record! 4.4 miles in 36 minutes. Yippee!
No work out for me today, since I am preparing for my 5K walk tomorrow. Will stretch tonight and eat light. I do have 15 miles in this week already and 150 minutes of exercise. Taking a night off is tough. Weird, huh?
Just heading out to the gym Will be doing 25 minutes on the elliptical and 3o minutes of weight training (upper and lower body) with 10 minutes of crunches and ab work. And if im feeling stressed out later tonight (its major essay writing time at university for me right now) Then i'll do 30 minutes of Pilates
