This morning I ran for 45 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????????
 
35 minutes of yoga and weights. I will add on 30 minutes of walking today. Going up to Boy Scout camp to see my husband and son.
 
35 minutes on the elliptical trainer then 45 minutes of upper-body weights.
 
20 minutes on Elliptical along with stretching before and after. Doesn't sound like a lot, but this is my first week back to exercising. I am feeling good about it. Who's next...

20 minutes on the elliptical when it's your first week back to exercising is great! When I first started doing the elliptical, I couldn't do 10 minutes! :earseek:
 
Running for me this morning, 4.26 miles in 35:39.

Have a great and ACTIVE weekend, everyone - if you can manage it in the heat! ;)
 
60 minutes of cardio - 25 minutes of The Firm Crosstrainers - Firm Cardio without weights and the rest WATP moves. :cheer2:
