This morning I did Firm super body sculpt. It was a great work out!

Who's next to tell us how you burned some major calories today?

Me - I went jogging this morning, 4.1 miles in 40 minutes. :teeth:

Zera's pride - I maintained during the SOTSBIE challenge and have dropped 3 pounds since then - can you believe it? One pound away from that new clippie!

AprilN - I always watch your times for your runs - you're really getting faster every day and running longer! Way to go!

Hi everyone else - I exercised to day - the usual 3 miles with hubby!

My turn!!

I did Cathe's Kick Punch & Crunch workout....with my mother-in-law!! It's a kickboxing workout with ab work. At the end of the workout she wanted to do more abs so we did one of the 7 minute workouts from the Ab Hits dvd.

My turn ~

I did 45 minutes swimming and 30 minutes on the treadmill.
 
I walked just a bit over a mile when a thunder storm started coming in.
